3. Do you offer online training?

Yes. We offer flexible online, in-person, and blended training options depending on your organization’s needs.

4. Can I customize a training program for my organization?

Absolutely. We design tailored in-house training programs based on your sector, size, and compliance requirements.

5. How do I register for a course?

You can register directly on our website under the Training section or contact our support team at Info@indelibleimpact.africa for guided registration.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via:

Bank transfer

Mobile money

Credit/debit card (processed securely)

7. What happens if I miss a session?

For live online classes we will provide recordings or request to join the next live session. For in-person sessions, you may be moved to the next scheduled class.

8. Do I get a certificate after the classes?

Yes, upon completing the required modules and assessments, participants receive a Certificate

of Completion from Indelible Impact.

We also offer guidance for participants who want to up-skill further for globally accredited courses like NEBOSH, ISO IRCA/CQI, GRI, among others as we also work towards provision of these accredited course in the near future.
